Akçasaz bataklığından kanallar açarak suyu Ceyhan nehrine akıtıp, kuruyan alanda tarla, toprak edinmek için kazan köylüler. Villagers dug canals from the Akçasaz swamp, draining the water into the Ceyhan River and digging in the dry area to obtain land and fields.
